Huber Heights Water Softening Addition Project

Woolace Electric has been selected to complete the electrical build of this project in Huber Heights, OH, as the city is making upgrades to the existing water treatment plant.  Included in the project is the construction of a new membrane nano-filtration building for water softening, new 5,800 sq. ft. building with cartridge filters, nan-filtration equipment, chemical feed facilities, HVAC and plumbing systems, and all related pumps, pipes, valves, and controls.  Also included is the construction of a new water supply well and construction of a 450 foot long discharge line with headwall to the Miami River, and a new electric generator.

Woolace will be also be responsible for installing a 3000 amp 480V service to the new building, and a 1600 amp back feed to the existing facility. Work began on the project in the summer of 2019 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
