This new construction 61,000 sq. ft. medical office building will comprise 4 floors of additional medical offices to be used for primary care, family medicine, obstetrics, and gynecology. This construction aligns well with the health center’s goal to provide the best local care possible. Patti Finn, CEO of Fulton County Health Center, said “We are always trying to provide the care in the area so people don’t have to travel.”
Woolace Electric is responsible for the complete electrical infrastructure of this new facility, including the fire alarm system, life safety and emergency electrical systems, a temperature control system, and all lighting for the facility, which includes a new 150 space parking lot. Construction is expected to be completed by the spring of 2019.
